Terms and Conditions

Capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the GLOSSARY section.

The TERMS AND CONDITIONS (hereinafter “T&C“) constitute the valid contract that will regulate the relationship between WORLD EXCHANGE (hereinafter “WXC“) (as identified in the GLOSSARY) and you as a USER, without prejudice to other conditions and instructions that they communicate timely and previously. As it is a contract, acceptance of the T&C is an essential requirement to access the CONTACT, as defined in the GLOSSARY. Its non-acceptance implies not being able to access it.

The T&C replace any agreements or contracts entered into with the USER in relation to the CONTACT. Consequently, all visits and all contracts and transactions made on this website, as well as their legal effects, will be governed by these rules and subject to the legislation in Peru.
